Cement Batching Facility

We have worked with a cement batching plant facility on the refurbishment of a conveyor support tower. It was important to our client that production was not stopped for a prolonged period. This is why they chose a complete overhaul of the building. Although this is trickier for us operationally, HC Conveyors have devised a solution to ensure production can continue throughout the overhaul, albeit at a reduced output to normal.

Prior to starting each project we visit the site to survey the area and undertake a 3D scan. We then complete the drawings stage of the design process. This allows the manufacturing team to work to accurate measurements when producing the components required. The manufacturing process then gets underway, with the installation completing the project.
