Delivery Ends

HC Conveyors design and manufacture various types of belt conveyor delivery ends for both mining and surface belt conveyor installations. They can be designed to suit any conveyor belt width and power, as specified by the client.  The conveyor delivery end can be designed to suit a free-issue drum or include for the supply of an appropriately-specified conveyor drum supplied by HC Conveyors, with the necessary calculations applied.

A conveyor delivery end usually sees the highest belt tensions and is subjected to the maximum forces in both static and dynamic conditions. The appropriate restraining steelwork for these applied forces is therefore critical for a safe installation. HC Conveyors can supply this steelwork, and our design engineers will make and provide calculations to ensure that all the required parameters are met fully.
