Rollers

Rollers are an integral part of a belt conveyor and are seen as a consumable product. Rollers have a shelf life and must be replaced on a belt conveyor as they fail. We have a wide variety of existing design rollers with various bearing and seal arrangements to suit specific environments. The seal arrangement is a balance of minimising water and material ingress without over-increasing rotational friction increasing drive power requirements.

We can design bespoke rollers for specific client needs as well as supplying compatible rollers for existing conveyors. All rollers are produced to the British standards MHEA unless American CEMA standards are requested. At HC Conveyors we have vast experience in roller design as well as vigorous quality testing.
