HC Conveyors has vast experience in the design, manufacture and installation of full conveyor schemes. Our experience also extends to the necessary component parts of such systems for various industries both underground and on the surface.

Our design engineers have the knowledge and experience to design and specify the conveyor drive and all the components of the full system. The designs includes all calculations and computer aided design (CAD) modelling to cater for the installed powers up to 1000Kw.

Our engineers design systems tailor-made to a client's specific needs. The systems ensure maximum efficiency and reliability during operation. We design the systems to best align with a client's existing equipment, to minimise spares requirements where practicable.
